Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find an appropriate solution.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the item and all original packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging.
FINAL SALE – ARTWORKS
All artworks included in our Gallery collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review the artwork details, dimensions, photographs and description carefully before placing your order. If you need additional information about an artwork before purchasing, please contact us at shop@felizeyeartgallery.com.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made, personalized or special-order items cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. For eligible items, the fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item following the procedure above and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may have a statutory right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any lawful exceptions.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused or unworn, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
