SHIPPING POLICY

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Feliz’Eye Art Gallery is a Bali-based art gallery and concept store with extensive experience in selling and shipping original artworks to customers in Indonesia and internationally.

All artworks from our Gallery collection are original works and are supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Each artwork is unique. Commissioned and custom artworks may also be available upon request.

ARTWORK, PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Depending on the artwork, destination and customer’s preference, paintings may be shipped rolled securely in a protective tube or shipped stretched/framed when available.

Shipping costs displayed or quoted do not necessarily include the additional cost of shipping a stretched or framed artwork. If you would like your artwork shipped stretched or framed, please contact us at shop@felizeyeartgallery.com before placing your order so that we can provide an appropriate shipping quotation.

Every artwork is carefully packed using appropriate protective materials to help ensure safe transportation.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been confirmed. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the artwork, destination, packaging requirements and carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

We work with established local and international shipping and courier partners and select the most appropriate carrier according to the destination, size and nature of the order.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
